Information for Presenters
It is important the presenters are aware of the expectations you have around accessibility and inclusion. While some presenters may have extensive experience with your accessibility requirements, others may need additional supports. This may include supports related to:
- Creating accessible materials
- Communicating with or about people with disabilities
- Understanding expectations during presentations
If you have consistent expectations, it is a good idea to create a presenter guide that can help them understand not only the expectations, but also provide them with important information about your department and the campus more generally.
